Here you can find the most frequently asked questions (FAQ), which you may have regarding the usage of the IDAACS-SWS portal.
The registration was closed on 13.09.2020. In case you registered in the conference, you should have received the email with individual username and code in order to login to the virtual platform. ONLY registered participants can join the conference. If you forgot or lost, or didn’t receive the username and code, please contact our help desk. The Help Desk team is available for you on:
- Wednesday, September 16th, from 9 am – 8 pm CEST
- Thursday, September 17th, from 9 am – 5 pm CEST
- Friday, September 18th, from 9 am – 1 pm CEST
On the top right of the webpage, you can find “My Profile” (https://idaacs.digital/account/). Click on the icon above your name to see your profile picture. Now you can click on the icon left to your name and click on “Upload Photo”. You can either use drag & drop to upload a picture from your computer or click on upload to browse through your computer and select a picture. Now click on “Apply” and you are all set. In case you don’t want to upload your profile picture, the default IDAACS-SWS avatar will be applied.
Follow the program on the Homepage and click “Join live now”. Afterwards, you will be invited to join a zoom-meeting room.
You can find the section on the Posters and Videos on the homepage. Click on “See all poster” or “See all video” to check the authors work.Check the time of the live discussion of the posters and videos and click “Join live now” if you want to discuss the research with the author, you will be then redirected to the Zoom room with the author(s).
You will be able to access the virtual platform starting from Wednesday, September 16th, from 9 am CEST. Please use your individual username and code, that you received after registration
